Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Pattern, an app provided by Mintygum LLC ("we", "us"). By using Pattern, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Who can use Pattern

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to use Pattern.

2. What Pattern is

Pattern is an anonymous platform where people answer questions, and we turn the collective answers into insights and reports. Answering is always voluntary and anonymous.

3. Your conduct

Use Pattern for personal, lawful purposes, and answer honestly. Do not attempt to disrupt, abuse, reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service, and do not submit unlawful content.

4. Tokens and subscriptions

• Tokens are a virtual in-app credit used to unlock reports. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are not transferable.
• Subscriptions are billed through the App Store or Google Play and renew automatically until canceled. You can manage or cancel anytime in your store account. Deleting your profile does not cancel a subscription.

5. Content and ownership

Pattern, its reports, and its content belong to Mintygum LLC. By submitting answers, you allow us to use them anonymously and in aggregate to operate the service and create insights. Reports are for your personal use; please do not redistribute or resell them.

6. Reports, AI, and accuracy

Reports are generated with AI from the answers of Pattern users who chose to respond. They reflect only that community, are not a representative or scientific survey of any population, and do not prove anything as fact. They are provided for general information and curiosity, are not professional, financial, medical, legal, or other expert advice, and may be incomplete or inaccurate. Use your own judgment.

7. Provided "as is"

Pattern is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mintygum LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

8. Termination

We may suspend or end access if these Terms are violated. You can stop using Pattern and delete your profile at any time.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of Pattern after an update means you accept the new version.
